For patients

Your care, in one place you can actually read.

Carepath keeps your appointments, prescriptions, laboratory results, and visit history together — and shares them only with the clinicians you have agreed to share them with.

What you get

Everything below belongs to your record, and follows you from one consultation to the next.

  • Book around your day

Browse doctors by specialty, see the slots that are genuinely open, and confirm a consultation in a few steps.

  • Consent you can see

Before a booking is confirmed, you are shown what the consultation covers and what you are agreeing to share.

  • Prescriptions in plain language

Each prescription lists the medicine, dose, and duration in readable form, kept with the visit it came from.

  • Results without chasing

When your laboratory results are reviewed, they appear in your record — you don't have to collect them yourself.

  • One history, not many

Visits, investigations, and reports stay on a single timeline, so a new doctor can see the context that matters.

  • Follow-ups that carry context

Booking a follow-up keeps it attached to the original episode of care, so nothing has to be explained twice.

From booking to follow-up

Six steps, in the order you'll meet them.

  1. Sign in with your mobile number

Enter the number registered for your account and confirm the one-time code sent to it. No password to remember.

  2. Choose a doctor and a slot

Pick the specialty and clinician you want, then select from the slots that are actually available.

  3. Review and confirm

Check what the consultation covers, give consent, and complete payment through the provider configured for your clinic.

  4. Check in and attend

Check-in opens shortly before your scheduled time. Your doctor records the consultation while you are in it.

  5. Read what happened

Your prescription, any investigations ordered, and a summary of the visit are available in your record afterwards.

  6. Follow up when you need to

If your doctor recommends a follow-up, book it from the same episode so your history stays connected.

Who can see your record

Only with consent

A clinician sees your record when you have consented and an active care relationship exists. Consent can be withdrawn.

Checked every time

Access is evaluated per request against role, organisation, and care relationship — not granted once at sign-in and left open.

Recorded

Access to clinical data is written to an audit trail that administrators can review.
